There are no refunds or exchanges on the following items: wigs, masks, makeup, pantyhose, hats, costume accessories, or special orders.

All orders shipped between October 1st and November 3rd are not refundable or exchangeable.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned item.

All merchandise that may be returned, must be returned within five days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
